St. Louis Submits Smart City Challenge Proposal

The Smart City Challenge is nation wide competition that will select one mid-sized city as the winner based upon their proposal. The grant recipient will receive federal resources and funding of up to $40 million to implement their transportation plans. 17th Ward leads city in building permits in FY2014
